Ouvrir un bar Paris, c’est dj pas facile, mais en plus quand c’est un bar de filles, demandez aux intresses, elles seront toute unanimes. Mais bon, il fallait bien que quelqu’un le fasse ! En tout cas, joyeux anniversaires La Champmesle pour ses 19 ans, et L’Unity pour ses 2 ans. Unily Bar, ouvert 3 jours jusqu’au petit matin, avec le sourire, la bonne humeur, et toutes les filles taient au rendez-vous. La Champmesl, avec Josi qui se bat depuis 19 ans dj, alors qu’au dbut, tout tait encore faire, et sait maintenant que tout reste venir. La preuve est l, La Champmesl fut le premier bar des filles, ne l’oublions pas. Rnovations, amliorations, permission de nuit, soires thme, bref… mme si on n’aime pas, ce n’est pas une raison pour critiquer. Le travail que fait Josi, qui aurait aujourd’hui la prtention d’avoir fait mieux ? Je ne parle pas de style ou de mode, je parle de combat, de persvrance et de conviction. Il lui a fallu 16 ans pour avoir la permission de nuit. Et en 79, moi j’avais 4 ans ! Mme si les prix sont parfois un peu plus levs, sachez que La Champmesl a une pression 20F toute la nuit. Et l, vous ne trouverez pas moins cher ailleurs ! En tout cas, le 19 juin, ce sera la fte avec ambiance musicale, et attention ! le deuxime verre sera gratuit !
