LA CHOSE : the trashy drag par Cyril X. (assist de F.D.)
Issu de la bourgeoisie parisienne, et aprs un bref sjour dans un salon de coiffure du 16me arrondissement de la capitale (Ndc : et encore plus bref dans un magasin Cochon du 4me), Eric Szymursky dcide 30 ans d’investir la Nuit. Il commence alors se « draguiser » au Boy l’poque o y svissaient Jean-Claude Lagrze et ses Incroyables, et par la suite au Cirque avec Mercedes. Ds 1992, il organise (aprs un intermde au vestiaire du Queen) plusieurs soires au Privilge puis au Scorpion, tout en portant la bonne parole du mouvement drag franais via quelques documentaires tlviss. Mais finalement, c’est en 1996 que La Chose se rvle parfaite « entertainment girl » en lanant en collaboration avec Ludo (vous savez la bonne fe, cf. # 10 OUt) les Tuftti Frutti l’Under Bar (actuellement sous-sol du Mercury Bar). Elle s’agrandit (de 1,89m 2,15m, talons aiguilles S&M obligent !) aux Bains avec les Caf con leche pour enfin s’affilier dfinitivement tous les clubbers avec les Rush, Dispatch, Suspect et autres Kinky Toys (soires auto-psychanalitiques base de trash shows & hard house music jusqu’ tard dans la nuit ou tt dans la journe. Grand poupon, petit-fils spirituel de Dr Jekyll et Miss Hyde, La Chose n’est autre qu’une personnalit ambivalente faisant de son mtier une thrapie, tout en russissant avec talent et sincrit nous amuser par ses performances sanguinolentes, tant sans aucun doute maitresse-es-hmoglobine. Aprs un break (bien mrit !) en compagnie de sa drag family (lady Barclay et Ptunia) dans le sud de la France, il nous reviendra la rentre plus chose et plus trashy que jamais. Over-book par le lancement de son maxi « Emergency delivery » (Pschent) remix par Freddy, la direction artistique du Stonewall sis rue des Lombards, et une mensuelle de shows trs chose intituls « The Horror Picture Chose », marque dpose ! Sensible et homme-enfant, il nous rserve encore bien des surprises caches dans son coffre jouets, dont lui seul dtient la clef…
