Qui de la faune gay n’est pas dj venu se rafrachir dans cette caverne tropicale (ne serait-ce qu’une fois), et ne se souvient pas (entre autres) des griffes de l’indomptable panthre, prnomme Lise, qui rgne sur le bar ? Plong au coeur des Halles, ce coin de fort s’ouvre sur une impression-nante terrasse de 200 couverts, la plus grande du quartier. L’Amazional, c’est une institution. Et, ce titre, les cuisines du restaurant accueillent leur nouveau chef, Hosnie de son prnom. Originaire d’Algrie, il offre enfin la touche d’exotisme l’enseigne qui en avait videmment besoin.
