Penthsile : quand les guerrires se mettent aux fourneaux
Voici maintenant plus d’un an que Penthsile, la reine des Ama-zones, nous prpare de bons petits plats de notre raffin terroir fran-ais. Claude, anciennement dessi-natrice d’architecture, a remplac ses crayons par un tablier. Christi-ne, sa complice depuis dcembre dernier, est matre cuisinier. Ce n’est pas le tout d’tre prigourdi-ne, encore faut-il savoir faire une bonne cuisine ! Spcialits du Prigord (magret de canard, foie gras), de Normandie (bavette de saumon la crme, escalope) sont l’honneur, et le tout petits prix. Formule 55F (mme le soir) comprenant une entre et le plat du jour. Une formule 80F avec entre, plat, fromage ou dessert. La raclette volont pour 95F. La fondue bourguignons volont pour 80F, savoyarde pour 75F. Quant aux vins, la fourchette se situe entre 60 et 120F
Vritable paradis du got, mais aussi des yeux, car vous pouvez dner au sous-sol dans une magni-fique salle vote. En ce qui concerne les activits, Claude et Christine « se dcarcassent » ! Une fois par mois, une formule hors pair : cours de danse de salon (rock, valse, tango … ) le mercredi soir. Apprendre danser gratuite-ment avec un vrai prof de danse, a met en apptit ! Alors pour ce groupe de danseuses, un repas convivial vous est propos pour 100F, comprenant, attention tenez–vous bien : 1 kir, une entre, un plat, fromage ou dessert, caf et 1/3 de litre de vin. A la rentre, vu le succs que remporte cette for-mule, elle vous sera propose deux fois par mois ! La cigale ayant dans tout l’t, elle pourra aussi trs prochainement chanter grce l’installation d’un karaok. Tous les samedis soirs, soire thme. Mme si la cuisine est typique-ment franaise, les ambiances elles, sont universelles : soire cubaine, pruvienne avec chan-teuse, soire voyance, soire Dali-da, il y en a et il y en aura pour tous les gots ! Le plus sympa c’est que vous pouvez aussi rserver la salle pour de petites rceptions. Et si votre appart est trop petit pour inviter vos amies dner, tarif de groupe et possibilit de comman-der un repas spcial (il faut rser-ver).
